  2. 2. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the lemon juice.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Press the garlic into the avocado mixture.
  6. 6. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Mix the mayonnaise with the avocado-garlic mixture and the parsley.
  8. 8. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Keep the dip cool until serving time.
  10. 10. Wash the potato thoroughly.
  11. 11. Peel the potato.
  12. 12. Shred the potato into very thin strips.
  13. 13. Pat the potato strips dry with a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pot to 160 degrees Celsius.
