  3. 3. Pat the shrimp dry carefully with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the beef fillet into 12 narrow, long strips.
  5. 5. Remove the tough stems from the oyster mushrooms.
  6. 6. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and trim off the ends.
  7. 7. Slice the zucchini into 6 thin slices lengthwise.
  8. 8. Whisk mayonnaise and crème fraîche together in a bowl for the dip.
  9. 9. Finely grate the zest of a lime and squeeze out the juice.
  10. 10. Peel a small piece of ginger root and grate it finely.
  11. 11. Stir the lime zest, lime juice, and ginger into the cream mixture.
  12. 12. Wash fresh cilantro leaves and dry them well.
  13. 13. Chop the cilantro finely and fold it into the dip.
  14. 14. Season the dip finally with salt and black pepper.
  15. 15. Beat the eggs loosely in a shallow bowl.
