  1. 1. Cut the sheep's milk cheese into 24 cubes, each about 2 cm in size. Whisk the eggs in a shallow plate with oregano and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix the nuts and breadcrumbs on a shallow plate. Roll the cheese cubes first in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumb-nut mixture.
  3. 3. Fry the cubes in batches in hot oil in a pot until golden brown. Place them on kitchen paper to drain.
  4. 4. Cut 24 slices from the cucumber. Place the cheese cubes on top and garnish with dill tips.
