  2. 2. Cut the bell peppers into quarters and remove the inside including the seeds.
  3. 3. Place the pepper pieces skin-side up under the grill.
  4. 4. Grill the peppers at 240 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until bubbles form on the skin.
  5. 5. Remove the grilled peppers.
  6. 6. Cover the hot peppers with a damp cloth.
  7. 7. Let the peppers cool down completely.
  8. 8. Peel the skin off the bell peppers.
  9. 9. Place the peeled pepper pieces in a shallow dish.
  10. 10. Drizzle the peppers with lemon juice and olive oil.
  11. 11. Season the peppers with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Add oregano.
  13. 13. Let the marinated peppers sit for about 2 hours.
  14. 14. Mix cream cheese, egg, and Pecorino cheese in a bowl.
  15. 15. Cut the bear's garlic into thin strips.
  16. 16. Set aside one tablespoon of bear's garlic for decoration.
  17. 17. Stir the remaining bear's garlic into the cheese mixture.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Check if the mixture is easy to shape.
  20. 20. If necessary, add some white bread crumbs to improve shapeability.
