  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot or in the deep fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5. Mix flour, starch, and egg with about 200 milliliters of cold water to form a smooth batter.
  6. 6. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Dip the strawberries one by one into the batter.
  8. 8. Fry the coated strawberries in the hot oil until golden brown.
  9. 9. Place the fried strawberries on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
  10. 10. Serve the specialty lukewarm.
