  4. 4. Mix the cream cheese with the cheddar until you have a creamy mixture.
  5. 5. Fill the empty jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
  6. 6. Pour the milk into a shallow plate.
  7. 7. Roll the stuffed jalapeños briefly in the milk until they are moist all over.
  8. 8. Then roll them in the flour.
  9. 9. Let the breaded jalapeños dry slightly for about 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chili powder and the paprika powder.
  11. 11. Spread the spice mixture onto a clean plate.
  12. 12. Moisten the jalapeños again briefly in the milk.
  13. 13. Roll them vigorously in the breadcrumb mixture until they are thickly coated.
  14. 14. Let them dry for another 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Repeat the breading process (milk, flour, breadcrumbs) a second time.
