  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Dice the onion.
  9. 9. Cut the ham into strips.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Remove the hard stem base from the tomatoes.
  12. 12. Slice the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Clean the mushrooms (remove any dirt).
  14. 14. Slice the mushrooms.
  15. 15. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  16. 16. Stir the cream into the eggs.
  17. 17. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the egg mixture.
