🍽️ Frittata mit Broccoli

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 50 g grated Gouda
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli, cut it into small florets, and boil them in salted water for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, rinse immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process, and let them drain well.
- 2. Heat oil and butter in a large pan. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the pan. Place the broccoli on top of the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cheese.
- 3. Cook the frittata covered on low heat until the eggs are set.
