🍳 Fruity Fig and Oat Breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 dried figs
- 75 g rolled oats
- 75 g rolled spelt
- 250 g clabber (1.5% fat)
- 400 g oranges (2 oranges)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Dice the figs into very small cubes.
- 2. Add the oats, spelt, and diced figs to a bowl.
- 3. Stir in the thick yogurt until everything is well combined.
- 4. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 12 hours or overnight to let the grains swell.
- 5. Peel the oranges thickly, making sure to remove the white pith as well.
- 6. Carefully cut out the orange segments from the membranes.
- 7. Catch the dripping juice in a small container.
- 8. Squeeze the remaining fruit pulp by hand to extract the last drops of juice.
- 9. Divide the prepared muesli among several plates or bowls.
- 10. Arrange the orange segments decoratively on top of the muesli.
- 11. Drizzle the collected orange juice over the finished breakfast.
