  6. 6. Cut a round piece of baking paper with a diameter of 26 cm.
  7. 7. Place the baking paper on the bottom of a 24 cm springform pan.
  8. 8. Place the springform ring around the base and lock it so the paper does not slip.
  9. 9. Spread the cookie-butter mixture over the baking paper at the bottom of the pan.
  10. 10. Press the mixture firmly with the back of a tablespoon to create an even base.
  11. 11. Place the pan in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  12. 12. Peel the mangoes.
