Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 6 dried tomatoes
- 6 leaves basil
- 600 g cream cheese (with yogurt)
- 125 ml milk
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then cut them into very small cubes. Finely chop the dried tomatoes and the fresh basil as well.
- 2. Stir the cream cheese with the milk until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps. Gently fold in the radishes, tomatoes, and basil. Finally, season the spread with salt and pepper to taste.
