  3. 3. Add the powdered sugar to the bowl.
  4. 4. Add the ground almonds to the bowl.
  5. 5. Add the flour to the bowl.
  6. 6. Work all ingredients together with your hands.
  7. 7. Knead the mixture until it becomes crumbly.
  8. 8. Knead the egg yolk into the crumbly mixture.
  9. 9. Add about 4 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
  10. 10. Continue kneading until a smooth dough forms.
  11. 11. Shape the dough into a ball.
  12. 12. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap.
  13. 13. Place the wrapped dough in the refrigerator.
  14. 14. Let the dough rest for approx. 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  16. 16. Set the oven to top and bottom heat.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface.
  18. 18. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.
  19. 19. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
  20. 20. Grease 6 tartlet molds (approx. 8 cm) with butter.

  33. 33. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and cream well.
  34. 34. Wash the berries under running water.
  35. 35. Dry the berries carefully.
  36. 36. Slice the strawberries.
  37. 37. Fill the cooled tarts with the cream cheese mixture.
  38. 38. Decorate the tarts with the berries.
  39. 39. Garnish the tarts with mint.
  40. 40. Serve the tarts immediately.
