🍽️ Cream Cheese Balls with Chives

Ingredients
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- 200 g cream cheese preparation (0.2% fat)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 drop lemon juice
- 1 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Put both types of cream cheese into a bowl.
- 2. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper.
- 3. Add a small splash of lemon juice.
- 4. Mix everything well until the spices are evenly distributed.
- 5. Wash the fresh chives under running water.
- 6. Shake the chives dry so that no water remains on them.
- 7. Cut the chive stems into very fine rings.
- 8. Take small portions of the cream cheese mixture and roll them into balls.
- 9. Make sure you form a total of 16 balls.
- 10. Roll each cream cheese ball through the fine chive rings.
- 11. Thread the finished balls onto small wooden skewers.
