Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 50 g green olives (pitted)
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the cream cheese and cream mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 2. Finely chop the olives.
- 3. Stir the finely chopped olives and lemon zest into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Season the dip with curry, salt, and pepper to taste.
