🍰 Fruity Fresh Cheese Salad with Toasted Coconut

Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple (approx. 500 g flesh)
- 3 Figs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 100 g grainy cream cheese (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- fresh Mint
Instructions
- 1. Place the coconut flakes in a dry pan.
- 2. Toast the coconut flakes over medium heat until golden yellow.
- 3. Remove the toasted coconut flakes from the pan.
- 4. Set the coconut flakes aside.
- 5. Peel the pineapple thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into quarters.
- 7. Cut off the hard core at the base of the pineapple pieces.
- 8. Cut the pineapple flesh into small pieces.
- 9. Wash the figs.
- 10. Dry the figs.
- 11. Cut the figs into quarters.
- 12. Slice the fig quarters into thin slices.
- 13. Place the fig slices in a bowl.
- 14. Add the pineapple pieces to the fig slices.
- 15. Mix the lemon juice with the maple syrup.
- 16. Chop the mint finely.
- 17. Fold the chopped mint into the lemon-maple syrup mixture.
- 18. Mix the fruit-mint mixture with the fruit.
- 19. Place the fresh cheese in a separate bowl.
- 20. Gently fold the fruit mixture into the fresh cheese.
- 21. Sprinkle the fresh cheese with the toasted coconut flakes.
- 22. Serve the dish immediately.
- 23. Enjoy the fresh cheese with fruit while fresh.
