🍽️ Cream Cheese with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 small Crémets en faisselle
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 70 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 2. Place the berries and the lemon juice in a pot.
- 3. Heat the mixture on the stove.
- 4. Let the berries simmer briefly until they are soft and start to break down.
- 5. Press the cooked berries through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- 6. Stir the powdered sugar into the strained sauce.
- 7. Let the strawberry sauce cool down.
- 8. Place the cream cheese (Crémets) onto a plate.
- 9. Pour the cooled strawberry sauce over the cream cheese.
