🍽️ Fruity Fresh Cheese and Yogurt Cream

Ingredients
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 2 peaches (halves) from the can
- 200 g reduced-fat cream cheese
- 250 g skim milk yogurt
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 100 g whipping cream
- 250 g mixed berries
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water.
- 2. Puree the peaches into a smooth paste.
- 3. Stir the cream cheese and yogurt mixture with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- 4. Gently squeeze the soaked gelatin.
- 5. Melt the gelatin over very low heat.
- 6. Stir the peach puree into the yogurt cream.
- 7. Place the cream in the refrigerator.
- 8. Wait until the mixture thickens slightly and begins to set.
- 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 11. Fill the cream into small glasses.
- 12. Remove any stems from the berry fruits.
- 13. Rinse the berries very gently if necessary.
- 14. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 15. Cover the cream with the berries.
- 16. Garnish the dessert with fresh lemon balm.
