🍳 Cream Cheese Cucumber Spread

Ingredients
- 250 g cucumber (0.5 cucumbers)
- 150 g curd cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1 box garden cress
Instructions
- 1. Take the half cucumber and peel it with a vegetable peeler.
- 2. Cut the peeled cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Take a tablespoon and scrape the seeds out of the center of the cucumber halves.
- 4. Grate the deseeded cucumber coarsely on a box grater into a bowl.
- 5. Add the cream cheese to the grated cucumber.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 7. Stir all ingredients well until they form a creamy mass.
- 8. Cut fresh cress from the plant.
- 9. Fold the cress into the spread.
- 10. Serve the finished spread.
