  1. 1. Take the half cucumber and peel it with a vegetable peeler.
  2. 2. Cut the peeled cucumber in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Take a tablespoon and scrape the seeds out of the center of the cucumber halves.
  4. 4. Grate the deseeded cucumber coarsely on a box grater into a bowl.
  5. 5. Add the cream cheese to the grated cucumber.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Stir all ingredients well until they form a creamy mass.
  8. 8. Cut fresh cress from the plant.
  9. 9. Fold the cress into the spread.
  10. 10. Serve the finished spread.
