🍽️ Creamy cream cheese bread bites with edible flowers

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g cream cheese
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
- 8 slices whole wheat bread (with grains)
- edible flowers (as desired: nasturtium flowers, pansies, herb flowers, daisies...)
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
- 2. Add lemon juice and the thyme leaves.
- 3. Stir the mixture well until it is creamy.
- 4. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Taste the seasoning and adjust it if necessary.
- 6. Take the bread slices.
- 7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- 8. Cut the bread slices with cream cheese into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Decorate the bread bites with edible flowers according to your taste.
