🍽️ Chive Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 400 g cream cheese
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 0.5 radish
- garnish
- salad leaves of your choice (e.g. oak leaf lettuce)
Instructions
- 1. Lightly wet your hands with water.
- 2. Take cream cheese and roll four equal-sized balls from it.
- 3. Roll each ball in the fine chive rings until completely covered.
- 4. Place the finished balls individually into small bowls.
- 5. Place a fresh lettuce leaf under each ball as decoration.
- 6. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine slices.
- 7. Mix the radish slices with the remaining chive rings.
- 8. Fill the mixture into a separate small bowl.
- 9. Serve the balls and the radish mixture together with slices of whole grain bread.
