  1. 1. Lightly wet your hands with water.
  2. 2. Take cream cheese and roll four equal-sized balls from it.
  3. 3. Roll each ball in the fine chive rings until completely covered.
  4. 4. Place the finished balls individually into small bowls.
  5. 5. Place a fresh lettuce leaf under each ball as decoration.
  6. 6. Slice the radishes into very thin, fine slices.
  7. 7. Mix the radish slices with the remaining chive rings.
  8. 8. Fill the mixture into a separate small bowl.
  9. 9. Serve the balls and the radish mixture together with slices of whole grain bread.
