🍽️ Crispy Spinach and Orange Salad

Ingredients
- 600 g young spinach
- 4 oranges
- 1 shallot
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- ginger powder
- salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Remove the tough stems from the spinach.
- 2. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 3. Let the spinach drain well.
- 4. Peel the oranges completely.
- 5. Remove the white pith layer as well.
- 6. Slice the oranges into thin rounds.
- 7. Place the orange slices on the plates.
- 8. Peel the shallot.
- 9. Mince the shallot very finely.
- 10. Mix the shallot with apple cider vinegar.
- 11. Add the honey.
- 12. Pour in the sunflower oil.
- 13. Season with a little ginger powder.
- 14. Salt the dressing to taste.
- 15. Toss the dressing well with the spinach.
- 16. Place the dressed spinach on top of the orange slices.
- 17. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
- 18. Serve the salad immediately.
