  1. 1. Remove the tough stems from the spinach.
  2. 2. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
  3. 3. Let the spinach drain well.
  4. 4. Peel the oranges completely.
  5. 5. Remove the white pith layer as well.
  6. 6. Slice the oranges into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Place the orange slices on the plates.
  8. 8. Peel the shallot.
  9. 9. Mince the shallot very finely.
  10. 10. Mix the shallot with apple cider vinegar.
  11. 11. Add the honey.
  12. 12. Pour in the sunflower oil.
  13. 13. Season with a little ginger powder.
  14. 14. Salt the dressing to taste.
  15. 15. Toss the dressing well with the spinach.
  16. 16. Place the dressed spinach on top of the orange slices.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
  18. 18. Serve the salad immediately.
