  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the apple and the pear under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the fruit into quarters and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the flesh into thin slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle the cut fruits with lemon juice immediately to prevent them from browning.
  5. 5. Peel the orange with a sharp knife and remove all white pith.
  6. 6. Carefully cut out the orange segments along the membranes.
  7. 7. Catch the released juice in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Squeeze the orange peel by hand to extract the remaining juice.
  9. 9. Mix the collected orange juice with one tablespoon of honey.
  10. 10. Add the orange segments and the honey-orange mixture to the apple and pear slices.
  11. 11. Sort through the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
  12. 12. Puree the raspberries with a blender or hand blender.
  13. 13. Optionally press the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
  14. 14. Mix the raspberry puree with the remaining honey and the yogurt.
  15. 15. Serve the fruit salad together with the raspberry yogurt.
