🍽️ Crunchy Fruit Salad with Creamy Raspberry Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 125 raspberries
- 200 g yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the apple and the pear under running water.
- 2. Cut the fruit into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the flesh into thin slices.
- 4. Drizzle the cut fruits with lemon juice immediately to prevent them from browning.
- 5. Peel the orange with a sharp knife and remove all white pith.
- 6. Carefully cut out the orange segments along the membranes.
- 7. Catch the released juice in a small bowl.
- 8. Squeeze the orange peel by hand to extract the remaining juice.
- 9. Mix the collected orange juice with one tablespoon of honey.
- 10. Add the orange segments and the honey-orange mixture to the apple and pear slices.
- 11. Sort through the raspberries and remove any stems or unripe berries.
- 12. Puree the raspberries with a blender or hand blender.
- 13. Optionally press the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- 14. Mix the raspberry puree with the remaining honey and the yogurt.
- 15. Serve the fruit salad together with the raspberry yogurt.
