🍽️ Crispy Lamb Frikadellen with Fresh Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 800 g lamb mince
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 3. Add the lamb mince to a large bowl.
- 4. Add the egg to the bowl.
- 5. Add the chopped rosemary needles to the bowl.
- 6. Add a portion of the breadcrumbs to the bowl.
- 7. Knead everything well with your hands.
- 8. Ensure a homogeneous dough forms.
- 9. Ensure the dough is easy to shape.
- 10. Season the mixture generously with salt.
- 11. Season the mixture generously with pepper.
- 12. Take small portions of the meat mixture.
- 13. Roll the portions into round meatballs.
- 14. Coat the meatballs in the remaining breadcrumbs.
- 15. Ensure the meatballs are thoroughly covered.
- 16. Heat plenty of oil in a large frying pan.
- 17. Fry the meatballs over medium to high heat.
- 18. Fry the meatballs for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 19. Turn the meatballs frequently.
- 20. Ensure they get a nice golden-brown color all around.
- 21. Remove the finished meatballs from the pan.
- 22. Place the meatballs on a piece of kitchen paper.
- 23. Let the excess fat absorb.
- 24. Serve the meatballs warm.
- 25. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs according to taste.
