  7. 7. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.

  9. 9. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
  10. 10. Mix the diced pepper, chive rings, and spring onion rings with the remaining ingredients for the sauce.
  11. 11. Let the sauce marinate for about 2 hours.
  12. 12. Wash the bell peppers for grilling.
  13. 13. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
  15. 15. Place the bread roll in lukewarm water.
  16. 16. Let the bread roll soak in the water for about 15 minutes.
  17. 17. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
  18. 18. Knead the squeezed bread roll with the minced meat.
  19. 19. Add the mustard to the meat mixture.
