  1. 1. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour the egg mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  3. 3. Place the toast slices into the egg milk.
  4. 4. Turn the slices as soon as they are soaked on one side.
  5. 5. Let the other side absorb the egg milk as well.
  6. 6. Wash the plums under running water.
  7. 7. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  8. 8. Cut the plums into quarters or eighths depending on their size.
  9. 9. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a medium-sized pan.
  10. 10. Add the plums and 1 teaspoon of honey to the hot pan.
  11. 11. Fry the plums for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
  12. 12. Stir the plums occasionally while cooking.
  13. 13. Heat the remaining butter in a large pan.
  14. 14. Fry the toast slices in it until golden brown on both sides.
  15. 15. Mix the quark and cream cheese together in a small bowl.
  16. 16. Add the rosehip puree to the quark mixture.
  17. 17. Swirl the mixture in a spiral pattern using a wooden skewer.
  18. 18. Drizzle the finished French toasts with the remaining honey.
  19. 19. Serve the toasts together with the plums and the quark dip.
