🍽️ Crispy French Toast

Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 slices Whole grain toast bread
- 40 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Cinnamon
- 20 g Cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the milk and eggs together in a shallow bowl using a fork.
- 2. Dip each toast slice into the egg mixture until it has absorbed the liquid.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter in it.
- 4. Place the soaked bread slices into the hot pan.
- 5. Fry the slices until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 6. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
- 7. Coat the finished toast slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 8. Serve the French Toast immediately while warm.
