  4. 4. Peel the eggs and let them cool down.
  5. 5. Wash the herbs thoroughly.
  6. 6. Shake the herbs dry.
  7. 7. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
  8. 8. Finely chop the herbs using a large knife.
  9. 9. Peel the onion.
  10. 10. Cut the onion into very fine cubes.
  11. 11. Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the cream cheese smoothly with a whisk.
  13. 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the cream cheese mixture.
  14. 14. Add the onion cubes.
  15. 15. Add the yogurt.
  16. 16. Add the mustard.
