Ingredients
- 375 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- salted water (for boiling)
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 4. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 5. Scoop the dumplings out of the dough with a tablespoon.
- 6. Place the dumplings into the boiling salted water.
- 7. Bring the water back to a boil.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low.
- 9. Place the lid on the pot at an angle.
- 10. Cook the dumplings for 15 minutes at a gentle simmer.
- 11. Remove the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon.
- 12. Serve the dumplings immediately.
