🍳 Trout fillets with horseradish quark

Ingredients
- 75 g low-fat quark
- 2 tsp freshly grated horseradish (or from a jar)
- salt
- 100 g carrots
- 0.5 bunch dill (10 g)
- 2 whole wheat toast rolls
- 100 g smoked trout fillets (2 trout fillets)
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark into a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the horseradish into the quark.
- 3. Season the mixture with salt.
- 4. Wash the carrot thoroughly.
- 5. Peel the carrot.
- 6. Grate the carrot coarsely using a box grater.
- 7. Rinse the dill.
- 8. Shake the dill dry.
- 9. Pluck the small dill leaves from the stems.
- 10. Toast the bread roll halves.
- 11. Spread the horseradish quark mixture onto the toasts.
- 12. Sprinkle two-thirds of the dill leaves over the toasts.
- 13. Distribute the grated carrots over the quark.
- 14. Divide the trout fillets into small pieces.
- 15. Place the fish pieces on top of the carrots.
- 16. Garnish the dish with the remaining dill leaves.
- 17. Serve the trout fillets.
