  8. 8. Shake the dill dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the small dill leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Toast the bread roll halves.
  11. 11. Spread the horseradish quark mixture onto the toasts.
  12. 12. Sprinkle two-thirds of the dill leaves over the toasts.
  13. 13. Distribute the grated carrots over the quark.
