🍽️ Grilled Trout with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients
- 2 trout
- 1 lime
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 chili pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the trout thoroughly inside and out.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the lime into wedges or thin slices.
- 4. Take half of the lime slices and a few sprigs of fresh parsley.
- 5. Place these ingredients inside the trout.
- 6. Finely chop the remaining garlic and the rest of the parsley.
- 7. Mix the finely chopped vegetables with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 8. Coat the fish thoroughly with this mixture.
- 9. Preheat the grill, but do not set it to the highest level.
- 10. Place the trout on the grill grate.
- 11. Grill the fish for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side.
- 12. Turn the fish and grill it for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- 13. Add the remaining lime slices to the grill.
- 14. Wash the chili pepper and dry it.
- 15. Slice the chili into thin rings.
- 16. Garnish the cooked trout with the chili rings.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
