  1. 1. Wash the trout thoroughly inside and out.
  2. 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the lime into wedges or thin slices.
  4. 4. Take half of the lime slices and a few sprigs of fresh parsley.
  5. 5. Place these ingredients inside the trout.
  6. 6. Finely chop the remaining garlic and the rest of the parsley.
  7. 7. Mix the finely chopped vegetables with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  8. 8. Coat the fish thoroughly with this mixture.
  9. 9. Preheat the grill, but do not set it to the highest level.
  10. 10. Place the trout on the grill grate.
  11. 11. Grill the fish for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side.
  12. 12. Turn the fish and grill it for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Add the remaining lime slices to the grill.
  14. 14. Wash the chili pepper and dry it.
  15. 15. Slice the chili into thin rings.
  16. 16. Garnish the cooked trout with the chili rings.
  17. 17. Serve the dish immediately.
