🍽️ Grilled Trout with Dill

Ingredients
- 1200 g Trout (4 Trout; ready for cooking)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Lemon
- 1 bunch Dill
- 4 tsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the trout under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the trout generously with salt and pepper both inside and out.
- 4. Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and pat them dry.
- 5. Slice the lemons into very thin rounds.
- 6. Wash the dill and shake off excess water.
- 7. Pluck the delicate dill tips from the stems.
- 8. Place the trout inside the fish grilling tongs.
- 9. Stuff the fish inside and out with the lemon slices and dill tips.
- 10. Drizzle one teaspoon of olive oil over each fish.
- 11. Close the grilling tongs and secure the latch.
- 12. Place the tongs on the preheated hot grill.
- 13. Grill the trout for 20 to 25 minutes.
