🍰 Forbidden Fruit with Almond Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g sweet cherry
- 1 small banana
- 200 g low-fat kefir
- 1 tbsp almond butter (health food store)
- 1 tsp honey
- some fresh peppermint
Instructions
- 1. Remove the stems from all sweet cherries, except for four pieces.
- 2. Rinse the cherries under running water.
- 3. Remove the pits from the cherries.
- 4. Place the pitted cherries in the freezer compartment.
- 5. Let the cherries freeze for about two hours.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Puree the banana until smooth.
- 8. Mix the banana puree with kefir.
- 9. Stir in the almond butter.
- 10. Add the honey and mix everything well.
- 11. Take the frozen cherries out of the freezer.
- 12. Place the cherries in a food processor.
- 13. Puree the cherries into a smooth paste.
- 14. Combine the cherry puree with the banana-kefir mixture.
- 15. Chop the four reserved cherries.
- 16. Finely chop the peppermint.
- 17. Garnish the dish with the cherries and mint.
- 18. Serve the dessert immediately.
