  1. 1. Remove the stems from all sweet cherries, except for four pieces.
  2. 2. Rinse the cherries under running water.
  3. 3. Remove the pits from the cherries.
  4. 4. Place the pitted cherries in the freezer compartment.
  5. 5. Let the cherries freeze for about two hours.
  6. 6. Peel the banana.
  7. 7. Puree the banana until smooth.
  8. 8. Mix the banana puree with kefir.
  9. 9. Stir in the almond butter.
  10. 10. Add the honey and mix everything well.
  11. 11. Take the frozen cherries out of the freezer.
  12. 12. Place the cherries in a food processor.
  13. 13. Puree the cherries into a smooth paste.
  14. 14. Combine the cherry puree with the banana-kefir mixture.
  15. 15. Chop the four reserved cherries.
  16. 16. Finely chop the peppermint.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with the cherries and mint.
  18. 18. Serve the dessert immediately.
