  4. 4. Mix 150 g of crème fraîche, tomato ketchup, green peppercorns, and Tabasco together.
  5. 5. Adjust the pepper mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Peel the banana and mash it.
  7. 7. Mix the mashed banana with the remaining crème fraîche and yogurt.
  8. 8. Season the banana mixture with curry, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Cut the fillet into bite-sized cubes.
  10. 10. Drain the cornichons, mixed pickles, and pearl onions.
  11. 11. Arrange the meat, drained sides, and sauces on a platter.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a pot on the stove.
  13. 13. Pour the hot oil into a fondue pot.
  14. 14. Keep the fondue pot hot on the burner.
  15. 15. Skewer the meat on fondue forks.
