  1. 1. Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into uniform cubes.
  4. 4. Arrange the meat cubes on a nice plate.
  5. 5. Fill the fondue pot halfway with cooking fat.
  6. 6. Place the pot on the stove and heat the fat.
  7. 7. Place the fondue pot with the hot fat onto the chafing dish (a small flame for keeping warm).
  8. 8. Thread the meat cubes onto the special fondue forks.
  9. 9. Dip the meat forks into the hot fat.
  10. 10. Fry the meat for 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked through.
  11. 11. Remove the forks from the fat and salt the meat.
  12. 12. Season the meat to taste with black pepper.
  13. 13. Serve various sauces according to your preferences alongside.
