🍽️ Crispy Meat Fondue

Ingredients
- 300 g beef tenderloin (ready for cooking)
- 300 g pork (loin or tenderloin, ready for cooking)
- 300 g turkey breast fillet (ready for cooking, skinless)
- 700 ml vegetable oil (or frying oil)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into uniform cubes.
- 4. Arrange the meat cubes on a nice plate.
- 5. Fill the fondue pot halfway with cooking fat.
- 6. Place the pot on the stove and heat the fat.
- 7. Place the fondue pot with the hot fat onto the chafing dish (a small flame for keeping warm).
- 8. Thread the meat cubes onto the special fondue forks.
- 9. Dip the meat forks into the hot fat.
- 10. Fry the meat for 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked through.
- 11. Remove the forks from the fat and salt the meat.
- 12. Season the meat to taste with black pepper.
- 13. Serve various sauces according to your preferences alongside.
