🍽️ Meat and Chicken Fondue

Ingredients
- pork ribs (each approx. 600 g)
- chicken wings (each approx. 600 g)
- liquid honey
- salt
- pepper
- 1 l vegetable oil (for deep frying)
- mango chutney
- remoulade
- chili sauce
- mixed pickles
Instructions
- 1. Arrange the meat pieces on a plate.
- 2. Heat the oil in the fondue pot on the stove.
- 3. Place the pot on the lit rechaud (a small flame for keeping warm) and keep the oil hot.
- 4. Have salt and pepper ready.
- 5. Brush the meat pieces with chili sauce and honey.
- 6. Cook the meat pieces in the hot oil using the fondue fork.
- 7. Serve the fondue with dips and mixed pickles (pickled vegetables).
