Ingredients
- 800 g beef tenderloin
- 1 l neutral vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the meat thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Cut it into small, bite-sized cubes and arrange them nicely on a plate. Place the plate in a cool spot until it is time to eat.
- 2. Heat the oil in the fondue pot on the stove. Then place the pot on the lit rechaud (a small flame under the pot) to keep the oil hot while you eat.
- 3. Serve the baguette, salt, and pepper alongside. You can also serve the fondue with delicious dips.
