  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Poke the potato skins several times with a fork.
  3. 3. Cut eight squares of aluminum foil, each about 15 by 15 centimeters.
  4. 4. Brush one side of the foil squares with oil.
  5. 5. Sprinkle some salt onto the greased side.
  6. 6. Place one potato on each prepared foil square.
  7. 7. Fold the foil over the potato to create a sealed packet.
  8. 8. Place the packets on the grill grate.
  9. 9. Grill the potatoes for 45 to 60 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the packets occasionally during the cooking time.
  11. 11. Check for doneness by piercing a potato with a skewer.
  12. 12. The potatoes are done when the skewer goes through to the center easily.
  13. 13. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the black olives.
  15. 15. Carefully open the hot aluminum foil packets.
  16. 16. Make a cross-shaped cut in the center of the potatoes.
  17. 17. Stuff the potatoes with the feta cubes and chopped olives.
  18. 18. Garnish each packet with a fresh sprig of oregano.
  19. 19. Drizzle some olive oil over the stuffed potatoes.
  20. 20. Season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
