🍽️ Foil-baked Potatoes with Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 1200 g firm-cooking new potatoes
- aluminum foil
- 300 g fresh cheese
- 2 tbsp mixed chopped herbs (e.g. tarragon, sage, parsley)
- 3 tbsp chopped black olives
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Wrap them tightly in aluminum foil, pierce them several times with a fork, and bake them in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
- 2. Mix the herbs with the olive oil and cream cheese, and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Remove the cooked potatoes from the foil, cut them in half lengthwise (trim the bottom if necessary so they sit flat), and serve them with the herb cream cheese mixture.
