Ingredients
- 1 kg same-sized sweet potatoes
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and let them drain well. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil. Place the packets on the grill, which should not be too hot, preferably towards the edge, and grill them for about 40 minutes. Turn the packets several times to ensure even cooking.
- 2. To serve, carefully tear open the aluminum foil. Drizzle the hot potatoes with a little oil and sprinkle with salt.
