🍽️ Grilled Potatoes in Foil Packets

Ingredients
- 8 medium-sized, floury potatoes
- Salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 200 g sour cream
- Oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Prick the skin in several places with a fork.
- 3. Cut eight squares of aluminum foil, each approx. 15 x 15 cm.
- 4. Brush one side of each foil square with a little oil.
- 5. Place one potato on each prepared foil square.
- 6. Sprinkle salt and cumin over the potatoes.
- 7. Seal the foil tightly over the potato.
- 8. Place the packets on the hot grill.
- 9. Cook the potatoes for 45 to 60 minutes.
- 10. Turn the packets occasionally.
- 11. Check the cooking time: The potatoes are done when you can easily push a wooden skewer into the center.
- 12. Open the packets to serve.
- 13. Gently break open the potato.
- 14. Season the potato with salt to taste.
- 15. Fill the potato with sour cream.
- 16. Serve the potatoes immediately.
