  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Prick the skin in several places with a fork.
  3. 3. Cut eight squares of aluminum foil, each approx. 15 x 15 cm.
  4. 4. Brush one side of each foil square with a little oil.
  5. 5. Place one potato on each prepared foil square.
  6. 6. Sprinkle salt and cumin over the potatoes.
  7. 7. Seal the foil tightly over the potato.
  8. 8. Place the packets on the hot grill.
  9. 9. Cook the potatoes for 45 to 60 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the packets occasionally.
  11. 11. Check the cooking time: The potatoes are done when you can easily push a wooden skewer into the center.
  12. 12. Open the packets to serve.
  13. 13. Gently break open the potato.
  14. 14. Season the potato with salt to taste.
  15. 15. Fill the potato with sour cream.
  16. 16. Serve the potatoes immediately.
