  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Pour the agave syrup over the yeast.
  3. 3. Set the bowl aside for about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Wait until the yeast has dissolved and formed bubbles.
  5. 5. Add the flour and salt to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the yeast mixture and 300 milliliters of lukewarm water over the flour and salt.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Add a little more water if the dough seems too dry.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the dough rest for about 2 hours.
  11. 11. Press the garlic clove flat.
  12. 12. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems.
  13. 13. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  14. 14. Add the garlic and rosemary to the hot pan.
  15. 15. Let the flavors infuse into the oil over low heat for 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Divide the dough into four roughly equal portions.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface.
  18. 18. Shape each portion into an oval flatbread using your hands.
  19. 19. Brush the flatbreads with the rosemary oil.
  20. 20. Place the flatbreads on the grill.
  21. 21. Close the grill lid.
  22. 22. Grill the focaccia for 3 to 4 minutes.
