🍽️ Grilled Focaccia

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the yeast into a small bowl.
- 2. Pour the agave syrup over the yeast.
- 3. Set the bowl aside for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Wait until the yeast has dissolved and formed bubbles.
- 5. Add the flour and salt to a large bowl.
- 6. Pour the yeast mixture and 300 milliliters of lukewarm water over the flour and salt.
- 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 8. Add a little more water if the dough seems too dry.
- 9. Cover the bowl.
- 10. Let the dough rest for about 2 hours.
- 11. Press the garlic clove flat.
- 12. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems.
- 13. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 14. Add the garlic and rosemary to the hot pan.
- 15. Let the flavors infuse into the oil over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 16. Divide the dough into four roughly equal portions.
- 17. Sprinkle some flour on the work surface.
- 18. Shape each portion into an oval flatbread using your hands.
- 19. Brush the flatbreads with the rosemary oil.
- 20. Place the flatbreads on the grill.
- 21. Close the grill lid.
- 22. Grill the focaccia for 3 to 4 minutes.
