Ingredients
- 160 g Butter
- 300 g powdered sugar
- 1 pack baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 kg apricots
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter together with the powdered sugar and the egg yolks until creamy. Then gently fold in the flour, the baking powder, and the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 2. Grease a baking sheet lightly with butter. Spread the dough evenly over the sheet.
- 3. Place the pitted and quartered apricots on top of the dough.
- 4. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 5. Finally, dust the finished cake with a little powdered sugar.
