  1. 1. Put the flour in a bowl and stir in the yeast.
  2. 2. Warm the yogurt briefly in a pot with hot water.
  3. 3. Whisk the warm yogurt with 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and the egg until the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. Add the yogurt-egg mixture to the flour mixture and fold it in gently.
  5. 5. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your fingers.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a long roll.
  7. 7. Divide the roll into 16 equal pieces.
  8. 8. Set the dough pieces aside.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Shape each dough piece into a round ball.
  11. 11. Melt some butter in a small pot.
  12. 12. Brush the dough balls all over with the melted butter.
  13. 13. Place the balls close together in a baking pan.
  14. 14. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
