  7. 7. Stir the spring onion rings into the sauce.
  8. 8. Stir the gherkin strips into the sauce.
  9. 9. Wash the chives and the parsley.
  10. 10. Shake the herbs dry.
  11. 11. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  12. 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  14. 14. Stir the herbs into the sauce.
  15. 15. Remove the casing from the meat sausage.
  16. 16. Slice the meat sausage into thin strips.
