  3. 3. Peel the avocado and place the flesh in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the sour cream, yogurt, garlic, and lime juice to the avocado.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  6. 6. Season the dip with salt and fresh coriander.
  7. 7. Soak the toast slice in a little lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Blanch the tomato briefly in boiling water (cook briefly in boiling water).
  9. 9. Shock the tomato to stop the cooking process.
  10. 10. Peel the skin off the tomato.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds and the stem attachment.

  20. 20. Sauté the shallot and the remaining pepper cubes for 2-3 minutes.
  21. 21. Remove the vegetable mixture from the pan.
  22. 22. Add the sautéed vegetables to the minced meat.
  23. 23. Squeeze the soaked toast.
  24. 24. Add the squeezed toast to the minced meat.
  25. 25. Add the tomato cubes to the minced meat.
  26. 26. Add the egg to the minced meat.
  27. 27. Knead everything into a smooth meat dough.
  28. 28. Form small meatballs from the dough.
  29. 29. Fry the meatballs until golden brown.
  30. 30. Place the reserved pepper and tomato cubes on the dip.
  31. 31. Sprinkle some paprika powder over the dip.
  32. 32. Garnish the meatballs with coriander greens.
  33. 33. Serve the meatballs with the dip.
