Ingredients
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt (pepper)
- 1 large onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 tbsp oil (for brushing)
- Mustard
- Tomato ketchup
Instructions
- 1. Peel the first onion and chop it very finely.
- 2. Wash the parsley and chop it finely as well.
- 3. Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion and the parsley.
- 4. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Knead the mixture well until it is homogeneous.
- 6. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
- 7. Peel the second onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 8. Halve the bell pepper and wash it.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
- 10. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
- 11. Brush the meatballs and the prepared vegetables with oil.
- 12. Place everything on the hot grill.
- 13. Cook the meatballs and vegetables by turning them over repeatedly.
- 14. Spread the cooked meatballs with mustard or ketchup before serving.
