  3. 3. Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion and the parsley.
  4. 4. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Knead the mixture well until it is homogeneous.
  6. 6. Form small balls from the meat mixture.
  7. 7. Peel the second onion and slice it into thin rings.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper and wash it.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
  10. 10. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
  11. 11. Brush the meatballs and the prepared vegetables with oil.
  12. 12. Place everything on the hot grill.
  13. 13. Cook the meatballs and vegetables by turning them over repeatedly.
  14. 14. Spread the cooked meatballs with mustard or ketchup before serving.
