- 1 bunch chives
- 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- 1. Heat the meat broth in a pot until it is warm.
- 2. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 3. Distribute the warm broth onto plates or into bowls.
- 4. Carefully let one raw egg yolk slide into the broth.
- 5. Finally, sprinkle the soup with the chive rings.
