  3. 3. Shape the dough into a ball.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Roll the dough into thin sheets using a pasta machine.
  7. 7. Alternatively, roll the dough in portions very thinly on a floured work surface.
  8. 8. Cut the dough into squares with a side length of about 3 centimeters.
  9. 9. Loosely distribute the noodle squares on a floured baking sheet.
  10. 10. Let the noodles dry for about 1 hour so they do not stick together.
  11. 11. Wash the cabbage and halve it.
  12. 12. Remove the core and coarse leaf ribs.
  13. 13. First cut the cabbage lengthwise into strips.
  14. 14. Then cut the strips crosswise into pieces that match the size of the noodle squares.
  15. 15. Let the cut cabbage drain in a sieve.
  16. 16. Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the cabbage in it for 1 to 2 minutes.
