  5. 5. Shape the dough into a ball.
  6. 6. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Clean the spring onions and wash them thoroughly.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  10. 10. Knead the risen dough briefly once more.
  11. 11. Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
  12. 12. Roll out the dough pieces thinly on a lightly floured surface.
  13. 13. Place the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil.
  14. 14. Spread the crème légère evenly over the dough.
  15. 15. Distribute the bacon cubes evenly over the cream.
  16. 16. Leave a narrow border around the edge of the dough.
