  2. 2. Knead the flour and salt into the yeast mixture until a smooth dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  5. 5. Slice the Camembert into thin slices.
  6. 6. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the onions and cut them into thin strips.
  8. 8. Stir the sour cream together with the crème fraîche.
  9. 9. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Knead the dough briefly and roll it out into four thin flatbreads.
  11. 11. Place the flatbreads on four greased pizza trays.
  12. 12. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  13. 13. Distribute the bacon cubes and onion strips over the cream.
  14. 14. Top the flammkuchen with the Camembert slices.
  15. 15. Bake the flammkuchen in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
