🍽️ Crispy Flammkuchen with Bacon and Camembert

Ingredients
- 600 g flour
- 1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g Camembert
- 250 g breakfast bacon
- 4 onions
- 250 g sour cream
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- flour (for the work surface)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in 300 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Knead the flour and salt into the yeast mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- 3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 5. Slice the Camembert into thin slices.
- 6. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
- 7. Peel the onions and cut them into thin strips.
- 8. Stir the sour cream together with the crème fraîche.
- 9. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Knead the dough briefly and roll it out into four thin flatbreads.
- 11. Place the flatbreads on four greased pizza trays.
- 12. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- 13. Distribute the bacon cubes and onion strips over the cream.
- 14. Top the flammkuchen with the Camembert slices.
- 15. Bake the flammkuchen in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- 16. Remove the flammkuchen from the oven and serve immediately.
